Lower spine problems

2. Hyperlordosis: the Lumbar spine is too far forwards and the pelvis is tipped forwards.
Likely to cause pain across the low back due to ecessive weight bearing in the red zones.

Likely to cause pain on one side spreading into the Sacro-iliac joint, up the spine and down the back of the leg as Sciatica.
